A genius designer who continues to provoke and fascinate people - Marc Jacobs

 

Are there any fashion designers that influence you? I have three fashion designers who are influence me. Today, I will introduce Marc Jacobs. He was born on April 9, 1963 in New York, United States. He graduated from the prestigious Parsons Design School. After graduation, he met fashion executive Robert Duffy and made a big difference in his life. He has worked not only with his own brand, but also with Perry Ellis chief designer and Louis Vuitton's atelier director.

Marc Jacobs has the strength to overturn customs and common sense and pursue what he likes. Since quitting Louis Vuitton in 2013, he has been focusing on his brand. In addition to ladies, there are perfumes and make-up lines. And Marc himself is the best and most eccentric billboard, especially when it comes to cosmetics. Nevertheless, it's not easy to define his style. His designs are always humorous and the concept of clothing is deliberately a little out of reach. Sometimes you can see punk elements such as zebra patterns and neon colors. Accident elements are always required and try to break up the  harmony with dissonance.

His creativity in fashion is powerful. And he is famous as a person who spends hours sticking to the details. So I am always attracted to his Spring / Summer collection exhibits. Please watch this video. I think it will be an opportunity to know his feelings.
